How to write an email for your client and friend?

Want to write an email in a good way and don't know How to write an email for an exam? Here I show some processes you may follow.

How to write E - mail (কিভাবে ই - মেইল লিখতে হয়)

ই - মেইল হলো ব্যক্তিতে ব্যক্তিতে ইন্টারনেট সংযোগ ব্যবহার করে যোগাযোগ রক্ষা করার অন্যতম পদ্ধতি । এর জন্য প্রয়োজন হয় কম্পিউটার / ল্যাপটপ , মডেম এবং মোবাইল / পিএসটিএন / টেলিফোন লাইন । অতি অল্প সময়ের মধ্যে ই - মেইল প্রেরণ করা সম্ভব হয় । ই - মেইল যোগাযোগ রক্ষার ব্যবস্থা সবচেয়ে দ্রুত , নিরাপদ ও গোপনীয়তা রক্ষা করা যায় বলে লোকজন আজকাল ই - মেইল ব্যবহার করছে। ই - মেইল লেখার সময় যেসব বিষয়ে খেয়াল রাখতে হবে সেগুলো হলো :
সঠিকভাবে প্রাপকের ঠিকানা লেখা আবশ্যক , তা না হলে প্রাপকের কাছে বার্তা পৌঁছবে না ।
ই - মেইল লেখার সময় ছোট হাতের অক্ষর ও বড় হাতের অক্ষর সঠিকভাবে লিখতে হবে । 

যেমন- arvindmitral@gmail.com 
E - mail এর ভাষা হবে সহজ , সরল ও সাবলীল । 
E - mail এর বক্তব্য হবে সংক্ষিপ্ত । 
প্রাপককে যথাযথ সম্বোধন করতে হবে । অপরিচিত লোকজনের ক্ষেত্রে Mr / Ms / Mrs ইত্যাদি যেক্ষেত্রে যা প্রযোজ্য অথবা Dear ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে।
চিঠি শেষ করে যথারীতি বিদায় সম্ভাষণ জানাতে হবে।
With regards / Thanking you / Your living ইত্যাদি শব্দ যথাস্থানে প্রয়োগ করতে হবে ।
সবশেষে প্রেরকের ঠিকানা দেয়া যেতে পারে । তবে এর কোন বাধ্যবাধকতা নেই ।

E - mail এর পাঠানো সংবাদটি Text message হিসেবে কম্পিউটারে সংরক্ষিত থাকবে । 
যেহেতু এটি text হিসেবে থাকে তাই এটির পরিকল্পনা টাইপে লেখা , প্রিন্ট করা ইত্যাদি প্রয়োজন হয় না । E - mail এর সংবাদটি খুব বেশি বড় হয় না । টেলিফোনের থেকে এটি সুবিধাজনক । কারণ টেলিফোনে যে টেলিফোন করছে এবং যে এটি গ্রহণ করছে দু'জনে যুগপদ লিয়া সেটের কাছে থাকতে হবে । 
E - mail এ এটি ব্যক্তিগত mail box এ জমা হবে । 
অধিকাংশ E - mail writer শুধুমাত্র যোগাযোগের জন্য লিখে থাকে । তাই ভাষাগত বিষয়টি সাধারণত কথ্যভাষা বা সংক্ষিপ্ত প ব্যবহৃত হয়ে থাকে । অনেক ক্ষেত্রে লেখক সাহায্যকারী Verb বর্জন করেন , বড় হাতের শব্দ ছোট হাতের করেন ।
